Reorganisation Application Form – Please use the latest version

The ‘Application for approval of a charity reorganisation scheme’ form has recently been updated.

We have noticed that we are still receiving applications that use a previous version of this form. This may be because some applicants are using older versions of the form that they have saved on their computers.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept older versions of the form from the beginning of December
